Building Code Official
The person will perform the function as building code official in various communities who contract with the company. The duties are the same as a building commissioner or building code official.
They include:
Plan review, inspections, zoning reviews, met with the public on projects, prepare reports and documents at the direction of the Village Administrator, provide basic management functions for the building department for various municipalities.
This position will provide these job functions in multiple municipalities based on the workloads.
Compensation is based on certifications achieved and years of experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
